Your responsibilities include but not limited to generating leads for the organization’s sales team, outbound calling to prospective customer base, various inquiries received and cold calling new businesses introducing them to the organization’s suite of products and making appointments for the organization’s field Sales team to demonstrate our products and also selling the products over the call with end-to-end sale process.
At least 2 years of experience in business development in overseas IT/Website selling.
Sound knowledge of IT/Web services and experience of international market (Australian market experience is added with advantage)
Generating & identifying leads, appointment setting & self-closing skills.
Selling services / IT & Web services / Managed services end-to-end to overseas business clients
Engage prospects through calls, email & LinkedIn or other online platforms outreach.
Initiating primary contacts with RPCs or Directors in businesses.
Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals until closure.
Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through insightful research.
Self-starter, self-motivated and team player.
Must be proficient in proposal writing, sales pipeline management, timely leads follow-up, requirement gathering and transitioning.
Excellent communication, inter-personal & presentation skills along with negotiation skills to close the deals with business clients.
Must be target oriented with IT/Web sales background.
Prior experience in selling Website & IT based products with proven track record.
Approach cold leads, explain to them the services and bring them to closure.
Closing leads generated through cold calling, targeted marketing campaigns etc.
Strong social media skills and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc. for lead generation and identify new leads
Strong negotiation skills to win the prospects over phone, video calls or emails.
Building, managing and reporting on sales pipelines.
Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly sales and productivity records achieving and overshooting projected revenue targets.
